＋How far in advance should I book my party?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, time slot, and venue (7th Floor Main or 8th Floor Panoramic). Peak seasons, weekends, and holidays fill up faster, so earlier bookings are strongly advised.
＋What is included in the package price?
Each package includes the venue for the allocated time, setup and decoration as described, the set menu for the minimum number of guests, and dedicated service staff. Add-ons and extra menu items selected during booking are billed separately.
＋Can I increase or decrease the number of guests after booking?
Yes. You can adjust your guest count up to 48 hours before the event, subject to the package's minimum and maximum host limits. The total price recalculates automatically based on the per-person cost and any extra menu items you selected.
＋How does payment and confirmation work?
Once you submit a booking request, our team reviews it and marks it as Approved. You will then receive a payment deadline. After payment is verified by our admin or manager, your booking is officially Confirmed and locked in.
＋What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Rescheduling is possible based on availability if requested at least 72 hours before your event. Cancellation and refund terms depend on how close to the event date the request is made — please contact us directly to discuss your specific case.
＋Can I bring my own cake, decorations, or outside food?
You are welcome to bring a celebration cake at no extra charge. Outside food and beverages are generally not permitted. Personal decorations (banners, small props) are allowed; please coordinate with our team in advance so setup runs smoothly.
＋Do you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?
Yes. We can adjust the set menu for vegetarian, halal, gluten-free, and most common allergies. Please share dietary requirements in the booking notes or contact us before your event so the kitchen can prepare accordingly.
＋Which venue will my party be held in?
Parties are hosted on our 7th Floor Main hall or the 8th Floor Panoramic terrace with direct views of the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum. The venue depends on your selected package, guest count, and availability.
＋Is parking available for guests?
Yes. Complimentary parking is available at Hostalio Pyramid View Hotel for your guests during the event. Valet assistance can be arranged on request for larger bookings.
＋What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, and major mobile wallets. All prices shown are in EGP and are tax inclusive.
